Suite Living tackles parkinson's care

Suite Living has answered your call for help by adding a new level of care to its services, specifically aimed for those with Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders. We have spent the majority of 2011 researching the disease and receiving guidance from specialists like Struthers Parkinson's Center to better understand how to best care for those affected by Parkinson's.
Our staff have been fully trained on how to care for those with Parkinson's disease through our use of a nationally recognized Tulip's Program created by Struthers Parkinson's Center. We understand the unique care needs required to properly treat this disease and have created specific care packages that include:
(Feeing Assistance, Special Meal Programs, Escorts, Medication Administration, Transfers, Toileting, Special Exercise Groups.)
Suite Living currently offers its exclusive Parkinson's program in its North Branch location, however, is going to implement these new techniques in all of the Suite Living communities currently in operation and also in future developments.
